Louise Bilato is a Rehabilitation Counsellor with a Masters of Rehabilitation Counselling. Her experience is vast and well travelled, having worked for eight years as a Rehabilitation Counsellor on an Outreach Rehabilitation team in remote Aboriginal communities throughout the NT and the east Kimberley region of WA. In 1993 Louise became a business partner in NT Rehabilitation Service, now IMconcepts, becoming the sole Managing Director in 2008. Louise holds a variety of tertiary qualifications combined with extensive experience in injury management, training and professional development as well as workplace mediation, careers counselling and life coaching. For many years Louise has also worked in the area of chronic pain management delivering individual and group pain self-management programs. In 2005 she won a Churchill Fellowship to investigate pain programs in Canada and New Zealand. Louise is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and shares a unique, caring and very personalized approach with her clients.

Group therapy courses are offered throughout the year with emphasis on skill building through group work using CBT and Mindfulness techniques in the management of depression and anxiety. These groups complement individual therapy delivering additional skills and knowledge within a small group setting.
