Louise Bilato

louiseLouise Bilato is a Rehabilitation Counsellor with a Masters of Rehabilitation Counselling. Her experience is vast and well travelled, having worked for eight years as a Rehabilitation Counsellor on an Outreach Rehabilitation team in remote Aboriginal communities throughout the NT and the east Kimberley region of WA. In 1993 Louise became a business partner in NT Rehabilitation Service, now IMconcepts, becoming the sole Managing Director in 2008. Louise holds a variety of tertiary qualifications combined with extensive experience in injury management, training and professional development as well as workplace mediation, careers counselling and life coaching. For many years Louise has also worked in the area of chronic pain management delivering individual and group pain self-management programs. In 2005 she won a Churchill Fellowship to investigate pain programs in Canada and New Zealand. Louise is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and shares a unique, caring and very personalized approach with her clients.

Shirley Griffiths-Smith

Shirley Griffiths-Smith is a fully registered Counselling Psychologist with a Masters of Psychology (Counselling). Shirley has previously worked with the Department of Child Protection in Western Australia and has extensive experience in the provision of psychological and counselling interventions for adolescents and adults.

Shirley's extensive experience extends to both preventative and therapeutic interventions at individual, family and group levels. With a solution and emotion driven approach Shirley provides services to assist with anxiety, depression, chronic pain management, anger management, work stress, trauma, loss and grief and relationship issues.

Shirley is also experienced in couples counselling.

Toni-Anne Campbell

toniToni-Anne Campbell is a fully registered Psychologist who has been with IMconcepts since 2006. Delivering individual and group psychological services Toni-Anne's approach is one of solution and emotion focused therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) techniques.

Adult counselling services are provided with the inclusion of mental health services for depression and anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life issues, anger management and work stress.

Chloe Oliver-Dudley

Chloe Oliver-Dudley is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist with experience in vocational rehabilitation and counselling including workers compensation and chronic pain management. Chloe has experience in the development and implementation of successful return to work plans and assisting clients in developing motivation and readiness for change.

Areas of interest and focus include depression, anxiety and stress disorders, sleep disturbances and chronic pain management. An integrative and eclectic approach is used for all treatment plans with the incorporation of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) models.

Briony Roberts

Briony is a registered Psychologist with seven years experience working in the field of mental health. She is currently completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

Briony has been employed across a range of settings including public and private practice, and community agencies. She has broad experience working with clients who present with clinical and non-clinical issues. Briony has a strong interest an experience working with people with eating disorders, self esteem and body image concerns, cancer, grief and loss as well as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and obsessive compulsive disorders.
